Install notes

Before you fit anything: keep the part you take off and its clips, test the new part before you stick it down, and use an installer for any wiring or drilling. Switch the emblem off before you drive.

Before you start

  1. Check the exact product instructions and fit for your car.
  2. Photograph the factory part before removing it.
  3. Keep the factory part with its screws, clips and fittings.
  4. Test the new part before permanent fitting.
  5. Use a qualified installer for wiring, drilling or safety-related parts.

This page is a preparation checklist. It does not replace the instructions for your exact kit or your car’s service procedures.

Digital Rear Emblem

Confirm the kit first

  • Exact emblem size and mounting method
  • Required voltage, power hardware and whether it is included
  • Cable route and whether the car needs drilling
  • How to load designs and switch the display off

Before attaching it

  1. Confirm the final kit and its instructions for your car.
  2. Test the display and controls with the correct power hardware.
  3. Check the fit without removing adhesive backing or making permanent changes.
  4. Have the installer confirm any cable route and seal any drilled opening.
  5. Keep the display switched off before driving.

Do not use a reference video as a wiring guide. Do not connect unconfirmed hardware to lighting or safety wiring. If drilling is needed, the hole is permanent.

Returning to the factory badge

Keep the factory badge and fittings. Removal steps depend on the kit. Any drilled hole remains and must stay properly sealed.

Blackout Plate Frame Kit

Confirm before fitting

  1. Check the exact frame dimensions, mounting points and permitted use.
  2. Keep all plate information visible, including numbers, state name and registration markings.
  3. Have the correct hardware and fit confirmed for your car before removing the current frame.
  4. Follow the instructions for the supplied kit and keep the factory fittings.

A frame must not hide required plate information. Do not fit a cover or mechanism until its sale and intended use are cleared for your jurisdiction.

Undo it

Removal depends on the supplied kit. Use compatible hardware to secure the official plate and keep every required marking visible.

Ambient Interior Light Kit

Confirm the exact kit

  1. Confirm the kit, included components, power requirements and instructions before installation.
  2. Have a qualified installer check the car and proposed cable routes.
  3. Keep components and wiring clear of airbags, moving controls and heat.
  4. Do not cut components, choose a power circuit or change vehicle wiring without the exact instructions and professional confirmation.

No installation time, cutting method, fuse connection or included adapter is confirmed by this catalog listing. Do not operate lighting in a way that impairs safe driving or conflicts with local rules.

Undo it

Ask the installer to follow the removal instructions for the supplied kit and restore the vehicle safely. Some changes may leave marks or require replacement fittings.

Carbon steering wheels

Use a qualified installer. An airbag is not included. Compatibility of the factory airbag, buttons and other controls must be confirmed for the exact wheel and car before a build or transfer. Follow the car service procedures and confirmed kit instructions.

An aftermarket wheel can affect airbag deployment. After installation, the horn, buttons and safety systems must be checked. Do not drive with an airbag warning or other unresolved safety fault. Keep the factory wheel and installation receipt.
